Before joining Oriano, Aarti served as Senior Vice President – Supply Chain at InSolare Energy Pvt. Ltd., where she spent over three years leading supply chain strategy across major renewable energy projects. Prior to that, she held multiple progressive leadership roles at Ujaas Energy Ltd, including Director and General Manager. Over a decade in this organization, she contributed significantly to procurement modernization, international sourcing, and overall business process enhancement.
Throughout her professional journey, Aarti has been known for her dynamic leadership and multi-functional command across HR, Purchase, Import–Export, and CSR portfolios.
