Nayan Sanghavi has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Celcius Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading player in India’s cold-chain logistics and supply chain ecosystem. With his appointment in October 2025, Nayan takes charge of steering the company’s financial strategy, governance, and performance management as Celcius continues to scale its technology-driven logistics solutions across the country. His proven expertise in finance transformation, ERP implementation, and strategic growth planning will be instrumental in driving Celcius toward its next phase of expansion and profitability.
In his new role, Nayan will oversee all aspects of financial management, including capital allocation, investor relations, risk mitigation, and long-term planning. He will also focus on strengthening financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency through digital innovation. His leadership will play a pivotal role in fostering fiscal discipline while enabling agility and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Before joining Celcius Logistics, Nayan served as Chief Financial Officer at Allcargo Supply Chain Pvt Ltd for over two and a half years. During his tenure, he successfully led major financial transformations such as ERP migrations, mergers and demergers, investor liaison, and statutory audits. His strong command over financial planning, cost optimization, and working capital management helped Allcargo achieve sustained growth and operational resilience amid a dynamic logistics landscape.
Earlier, Nayan spent nearly 15 years with DHL Supply Chain, where he held the position of Regional Head – Finance (West and East India). At DHL, he managed multi-region financial operations, implemented governance controls, and introduced strategic initiatives to improve profitability and compliance. His deep understanding of supply chain economics and large-scale financial management made him a key contributor to DHL’s regional success and strategic direction.
With over 20 years of financial leadership experience across top logistics enterprises, Nayan brings a rare blend of strategic foresight and operational excellence.
