Adarsh Menon Joins Fireside Ventures as Operating Partner

Adarsh Menon, former Senior Vice President at Flipkart and a key figure behind its growth, has joined Fireside Ventures as an operating partner. With more than two decades of experience across the e-commerce and FMCG sectors, Menon is set to bring his expertise to help Fireside Ventures’ portfolio brands scale in India’s dynamic consumer market. His deep understanding of brand strategy, product innovation, and market expansion will play a pivotal role in accelerating the firm’s growth.

Menon’s impressive career at Flipkart spanned over nine years, where he held leadership roles such as Head of Private Brands, Electronics, and Furniture, as well as overseeing new platforms like Shopsy and Cleartrip. He spearheaded Flipkart Wholesale & Walmart India and played a key role in shaping the company’s approach to private labels and driving significant revenue growth.

Before Flipkart, Menon spent nearly 11 years at Hindustan Unilever, where he led various business functions, including as General Manager for West India. His leadership in FMCG helped develop marketing strategies that resonated with millions of consumers across India, giving him invaluable experience in scaling brands at the national level.
