Bhuvaneswar Naik has recently taken on the role of Vice President and Head of HR for the Components Business at Tata Electronics, bringing with him a wealth of experience from prestigious companies in the tech and hospitality sectors. His journey includes significant leadership positions at SAP, Capgemini, and Yahoo!, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Before joining Tata Electronics in July 2024, Bhuvaneswar served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lentra, a fintech company, where he successfully established the HR function and scaled the workforce from 350 to 1,000 employees. His strategic initiatives helped Lentra gain recognition as a Great Place to Work and expanded its operations into five countries within just a year. This track record of building effective HR frameworks will be invaluable as he leads the HR function at Tata Electronics.
Prior to his time at Lentra, Bhuvaneswar held various key roles at SAP over a span of ten years, including Vice President HR in the Office of the CEO. He was instrumental in executing global HR strategies that impacted over 100,000 employees.
