Dipanjan Ganguly has recently joined Evos Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), where he will be overseeing human resources strategy and administration to foster organizational growth and employee development. With over two decades of HR experience, Dipanjan brings deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, team management, and human resources development across various sectors, including construction, environmental services, and corporate finance.

Before taking on his current role at Evos Buildcon, Dipanjan was the General Manager of Human Resource & Administration at Earthtree Enviro Private Limited, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing HR policies and operational efficiency. His previous experience includes a significant tenure at Infinity Group, where he held multiple roles, ultimately serving as Vice President of HR and Administration. Dipanjan has also held administrative and HR roles at renowned companies, including B.K. Birla Group, Essar Construction Overseas Limited, Emirates Industrial Laboratory, and ALFARA’A General Contracting, bringing valuable insights and strategic perspectives to his new position at Evos Buildcon.
