Harish Nambissan has recently been appointed as the Chief Business Officer at PINC Insurance, marking a new milestone in his professional journey. With a career spanning over 18 years, Harish has consistently demonstrated his expertise in reinsurance, business development, and strategic risk placement. This new role positions him at the forefront of driving international business growth and strengthening team management at PINC Insurance.

Before stepping into this role, Harish served as Senior Vice President at PINC Insurance from July 2022 to October 2024, where he played a pivotal part in leading key reinsurance operations and shaping business strategies. During this tenure, he showcased his ability to handle complex reinsurance portfolios and execute risk management practices effectively. His journey at PINC Insurance began as Vice President, a position he held for nearly eight years, cementing his expertise in reinsurance and risk mitigation.

Harish’s experience extends beyond PINC Insurance. He previously served as Assistant Manager at Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Ltd. from April 2011 to June 2012, focusing on specialized insurance brokerage solutions and client relationship management. Additionally, his early career involved a stint at Willis Processing Services India Pvt Ltd, where he honed his skills in handling large-scale client portfolios and delivering reinsurance services.
