Jacob P. U. Takes On Role of Senior Vice President Human Resources at Hexaware Technologies

Jacob P. U. has recently been appointed as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Hexaware Technologies, effective from July 2024. Based in Mumbai, Jacob now leads the company’s HR Center of Excellence, which encompasses critical areas such as Compensation & Benefits, HR Compliance, HR Analytics, and Performance Management. His wealth of experience in human resources and strategic leadership equips him to strengthen and innovate Hexaware’s HR framework.

Before joining Hexaware, Jacob’s career spanned several key roles in notable organizations. He spent over three years at GTL Limited, where he served as Senior Manager- HR, spearheading various HR initiatives and policies to enhance employee engagement and organizational growth. Prior to that, he held the role of Assistant Manager- HR at Jasubhai Media Pvt. Ltd. for two years, gaining valuable experience in employee relations, HR policies, and talent management strategies.

Jacob’s journey in human resources began with The Pharmaceutical Products of India Ltd, where he worked as an HRD Executive for nearly four years. His early exposure to the HR industry provided him with a solid foundation and the expertise required to take on progressively senior roles in the field.

With over two decades of HR experience, Jacob is well-equipped to lead Hexaware Technologies’ HR Center of Excellence. His appointment is expected to bring strategic insights and operational efficiency to the company’s human resources function.
