Kavita Handa Joins UnifyCX as Global Head of Talent Acquisition & People

Kavita Handa has joined UnifyCX as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & People, bringing her extensive background in HR and talent acquisition to lead the company’s global workforce strategies. In her new role, Kavita oversees recruitment and employee experience, working closely with senior leadership to align talent strategies with UnifyCX’s business objectives. Her focus on scalable people processes and employee engagement will support UnifyCX in achieving sustained growth and innovation in the global market.

Prior to UnifyCX, Kavita served as Vice President of People Culture & Talent Acquisition at Probe CX, where she managed talent initiatives across a diverse workforce, incorporating a hybrid work model in Metro Manila. With a strong background in talent management, she also held strategic roles at TaskUs, where she led Southeast Asia’s corporate recruitment and established key global initiatives like the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and remote recruitment team setups. Her breadth of experience in HR has been instrumental in driving transformational strategies for several global organizations.

Kavita’s HR expertise spans nearly two decades, with additional leadership roles at Teleperformance and Yum! Restaurants International. These experiences have honed her abilities in vendor management, BPO oversight, and high-level recruitment, all of which now contribute to her strategic vision for UnifyCX. As she steps into her new role, Kavita is set to make a significant impact in building a culture of growth, engagement, and operational excellence at UnifyCX.
