Mahua Chakraborty has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Global Tree, bringing extensive experience in HR strategy, people management, and operations. In her new position, Mahua is expected to shape HR practices that align with the organization’s mission, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture. Her leadership will be key to advancing employee engagement, operational efficiency, and professional development within the company.

Prior to Global Tree, Mahua was the Global HR Manager at Scadea Solutions, Inc., where she managed HR operations for teams across India, the US, and Canada. Her work included policy formulation, training, and development, enhancing HR alignment with Scadea’s strategic goals. Her global HR expertise was instrumental in achieving seamless operations across multiple locations, improving overall employee experience and performance.

Before joining Scadea, Mahua served as an HR Generalist at VISHVA ELECTROTECH LIMITED, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy development. Her ability to streamline processes and build strong team dynamics added significant value to the company’s HR framework. This role further developed her operational skills and deepened her understanding of HR policy and employee relations.

Mahua’s foundational HR experience includes her role as an Executive Administration & HR Coordinator at Jupiter Solar Power Limited and as an Associate at FACT Software Group. Across these roles, she gained valuable insights into talent management, HR coordination, and administrative functions.
