Neha Sharma has recently taken on the role of Senior Director of People & Culture at Lockton India, where she brings over 17 years of extensive HR experience across various sectors and global markets. Known for her expertise in talent acquisition, HR transformation, and strategic workforce planning, Neha has built and scaled HR frameworks from the ground up, consistently leading initiatives that align with organizational growth and cultural shifts.
In her new role, Neha will work closely with Dr. Sandeep Dadia, Chief Executive Officer and Country Head at Lockton India, to ensure the HR function aligns seamlessly with Lockton’s business objectives.
