Ramji Singh Joins Schmersal India as New Managing Director

Ramji Singh has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Schmersal India Pvt Ltd. His extensive background in sales, marketing, and leadership within the automation industry makes him an ideal fit to guide the company’s continued success and growth. Since joining Schmersal India in 2015, Ramji has steadily advanced within the company, beginning as Associate Vice President and later serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing from January 2018.

In his previous roles at Schmersal India, Ramji focused on building strong market relationships, expanding the company’s footprint, and strengthening sales and marketing strategies. During his six years as Vice President, he played a key role in leading sales operations and driving innovative solutions in line with the company’s strategic vision. His commitment to advancing Schmersal’s reputation as a leader in industrial safety and automation technology has been instrumental in enhancing the company’s market presence.

Before joining Schmersal India, Ramji served as Country Manager at Rittal India Private Limited for nearly six years, where he was responsible for overseeing operations across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal. His experience at Rittal included delivering advanced E-CAD/CAE solutions for factory and process automation. This role allowed him to refine his expertise in managing complex market demands and achieving business growth across multiple regions. Prior to Rittal, Ramji held key roles at Sick India Pvt Ltd and Pepperl+Fuchs India, further establishing his strong foundation in industrial automation and sales management.
