Roshali Nakandala has recently taken on the role of Head of Human Resources and Corporate Communication at B. Braun Group. Previously, Roshali was Manager – Human Resources and Administration at MAS Active for over two years. Her focus on aligning HR functions with company objectives allowed her to optimize HR operations while supporting the development of HR strategies that advanced both employee growth and organizational success. Her tenure at MAS Active demonstrated her strength in managing complex HR functions while fostering a positive work environment aligned with company goals.

Prior to MAS Active, Roshali served as Manager – HR Business Partnering at Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Ltd, where she played a vital role in bridging HR and business objectives. She led strategic HR initiatives, formulated partnerships, and worked closely with business units to address specific organizational needs.
