Sachin G. Takes on General Manager HR Role at Café Coffee Day

Sachin G. has recently joined Café Coffee Day (CCD) as the General Manager of Human Resources. With over a decade of experience in HR leadership across major brands and organizations, Sachin is now set to oversee HR operations at CCD and CD Xpress in Bengaluru, Karnataka. His appointment marks a significant addition to CCD’s HR leadership as the company aims to streamline and enhance its human resource strategies and employee engagement initiatives.

Prior to this role, Sachin served as the Head of HR for the Processed Food Division (PFD) at Suguna Foods, where he successfully led the HR function for over two years. His extensive experience also includes his tenure as a Regional HRBP for South India at Reliance Retail from 2021 to 2022, where he focused on aligning regional HR strategies with business objectives. Sachin’s hands-on approach and ability to drive change have been key assets in his career growth.

Earlier, Sachin held the role of Assistant Manager HRBP at Croma, a position he held for nearly five years. His journey also includes significant stints at Shoppers Stop as Unit HR Head and at Piramal Group, where he served as Zonal HR for South India, demonstrating his expertise in handling diverse HR functions, talent management, and strategic business partnerships.

With this new role at Café Coffee Day, Sachin is expected to bring his wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to further strengthen HR operations and foster a culture of growth and innovation within the organization.
