Sharad Gupta has been appointed as Senior Director of Products at GoKwik, a leading eCommerce enabler. In this strategic role, Sharad will oversee GoKwik’s custom checkout vertical, working to simplify the checkout and payment journey for customers across various eCommerce platforms. His leadership will be crucial in enhancing and scaling GoKwik’s solutions to support the growth of brands in India’s thriving digital commerce sector.

Before joining GoKwik, Sharad held pivotal roles at major companies like Swiggy, Dineout, and Paytm. At Swiggy, Sharad led the partnership with IRCTC to expand food delivery services for train passengers, while at Dineout, he focused on customer loyalty, engagement, and product innovation. His time at Paytm involved strengthening customer support infrastructure. Sharad’s rich experience in product strategy and customer-centric solutions aligns perfectly with GoKwik’s mission to enhance the eCommerce experience.
