Shweta Shukla Joins T-Systems International as Director of Human Resources

Shweta Shukla has recently taken on the role of Director of Human Resources at T-Systems International, marking a new chapter in her career focused on driving organizational transformation. With over 18 years of HR experience, Shweta brings a wealth of expertise in strategic HR management, change initiatives, and talent development. Her background includes key leadership roles across industries, making her a strong addition to T-Systems’ global team.

Before joining T-Systems, Shweta was instrumental as HRBP GPM: Emerging Talent at HSBC, where she played a critical role in the bank’s talent strategy and HR transformation efforts. Her extensive skill set in change management, leadership development, and strategic HR planning has helped shape her approach to fostering talent and enhancing HR systems. In her previous role as Head of Talent Management and Development at Volkswagen India, Shweta contributed significantly to aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, underscoring her strength in talent and performance management.

Earlier, Shweta served in leadership roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Fiserv India, where she honed her skills in talent management, employee engagement, and culture transformation. Shweta’s HR journey began at Cybage Software, where she held her first role in HR, laying the foundation for her future growth.
