Snehil Singh Joins Peoplefy as Group Head – Client Acquisition & Relations

Snehil Singh has recently embarked on a new chapter in his career, stepping into the role of Group Head – Client Acquisition & Relations at Peoplefy. His role, which he assumed in October 2024, marks a continuation of his distinguished journey in business development and talent solutions. Known for his expertise in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), employer branding, and client engagement, Snehil is well-prepared to drive Peoplefy’s growth initiatives and foster stronger client relationships.

Before joining Peoplefy, Snehil served as AGM – Business Development at Spectrum Talent Management, where he managed client relationships and business strategy across the region. His contributions over his nine-month tenure were pivotal in enhancing Spectrum’s market presence. Prior to that, Snehil held key roles at ManpowerGroup, starting as Manager of Business Development and later rising to Regional Sales Head – West, where he spent over three years. At ManpowerGroup, Snehil contributed to talent transformation projects that aligned closely with client demands, offering skilled talent and sustainable employment solutions across industries.

Snehil’s career journey also includes valuable stints at HirePro and Recruit CRM, where he specialized in RPO, campus recruitment digitization, and automation of HR processes. As Assistant Manager at HirePro, he provided consulting services that helped businesses streamline onboarding, assessment, and lateral recruitment functions. Earlier in his career, he was Sr. Manager – BD at Recruit CRM and Manager – BD at Earnest HR Solutions Private Limited, laying the foundation of his skills in business development and client management.
