Sukhleen Aneja Takes Charge as Senior Vice President and Business Head at Nykaa
Sukhleen Aneja has joined Nykaa as the Senior Vice President and Business Head as of September 2024, bringing extensive experience from her leadership roles at prominent companies such as The Good Glamm Group, Reckitt Benckiser, and L’Oréal. Her background in managing large brand portfolios and driving eCommerce growth has already made a significant impact in her new role at Nykaa.
Prior to joining Nykaa, Sukhleen served as Chief Executive Officer at The Good Glamm Group, where she was instrumental in scaling their direct-to-consumer (D2C) portfolio. Her strategic approach resulted in a substantial increase in revenue for the brand’s portfolio, which includes notable names like MyGlamm, Sirona, and Moms Co. She led digital transformations and brand integrations that amplified growth and profitability for the company’s acquired brands, positioning them as key players in the D2C market.
At Reckitt Benckiser, Sukhleen served as Chief Marketing Officer for the South Asia region, overseeing iconic brands such as Lysol, Harpic, and Vanish. Her innovative strategies, including award-winning campaigns for Harpic and a long-term vision for the region, were instrumental in strengthening the brand’s market presence. Before Reckitt, she held influential roles at L’Oréal, where she led marketing initiatives for Garnier across APAC, driving brand innovation and launching new products tailored for diverse markets.
