Surbhi Khera has recently taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Max Healthcare. In her previous position as Senior General Manager of Human Resources & Chief of Staff at Cancer Treatment Services Hyderabad (Siemens Healthineers), Surbhi managed critical HR functions, including talent strategy and workforce planning. Her experience there was instrumental in developing HR initiatives that aligned with the organizational goals of Siemens Healthineers, supporting a highly specialized healthcare workforce. Surbhi’s dedication to human resource excellence enabled her to create a strong HR infrastructure, contributing significantly to Siemens’ healthcare delivery mission.

Before joining Cancer Treatment Services Hyderabad, Surbhi served as General Manager of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) at Apollo Hospitals, where she spearheaded talent acquisition strategies and workforce development for the organization. At Apollo, she focused on hiring top-tier talent to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, leveraging her knowledge in talent pipelines and strategic hiring to ensure the organization had the resources needed to deliver quality healthcare.

Earlier in her career, Surbhi played a significant role at Quadrangle as a Vice President and Practice Head in the Healthcare Vertical. During her tenure, she established and expanded the healthcare recruitment practice on a pan-India level, creating talent acquisition strategies that catered to top and middle management roles across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and other key sectors. Her role as AVP for Healthcare Vertical highlighted her ability to mentor teams, manage branch profitability, and establish strong relationships with client organizations, all essential skills that will be invaluable in her new role.
