Vaishali Singh appointed as Head of Human Resources at Pulse

Vaishali Singh has joined Pulse as the Head of Human Resources, where she brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy. Starting her role in October 2024, Vaishali is set to lead HR operations and contribute to strategic initiatives that align HR goals with business objectives. With over 15 years of experience in managing human resource frameworks, her expertise encompasses multiple industries and a diverse array of HR functions.

Before Pulse, Vaishali served as the Head of Human Resources at S&B Engineers and Constructors, where she implemented policies to enhance organizational development, employee relations, and diversity & inclusion. During her tenure, she led significant HR transformation projects that helped synchronize HR processes with the company’s broader goals. Her strategic oversight was instrumental in driving key initiatives, such as employee onboarding, training programs, and performance appraisals.

Earlier, Vaishali held the role of Assistant General Manager of Human Resources at Valdel Engineers & Constructors. In this position, she managed HR operations, led employee training and development programs, and established processes for talent management and HR policy alignment. Her 11-year tenure included substantial contributions to building a robust HR structure to support the company’s growth. Prior to that, she gained foundational experience in HR practices at Zansys Technologies as an Assistant Manager, where she focused on onboarding, resource planning, and talent identification.

Vaishali’s appointment at Pulse is expected to strengthen the company’s HR framework through her extensive experience in HRMS, payroll administration, and vendor management. Her focus on leadership and team building will support Pulse’s vision of fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
