Vishruta Mattu Appointed Vice President of Human Resources at Genpact
Vishruta Mattu has recently stepped into the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Genpact, starting in July 2024. In this vital position, she brings her expertise in leadership development, talent integration, and employee engagement to support Genpact’s strategic HR initiatives. Vishruta has been recognized as an ET HR Emerging Leader for 2023 and an NHRDN HR Icon, reflecting her commitment to excellence in the field of human resources.
With over nine years of experience at Genpact, Vishruta has previously served as the AVP of HR Generalist for Fortune 500 consumer goods clients, where she oversaw HR operations for 4,400 employees globally. Her leadership encompassed engagement with clients across Europe, Africa, and the Americas, managing a team of seven HR managers. She successfully delivered programs aimed at enhancing virtual culture, improving hiring processes, and implementing performance incentives that cater to the needs of a hybrid workforce.
In her earlier role as Assistant Vice President, Vishruta was responsible for leadership development and succession planning. She led three global leadership programs and managed engagement initiatives specifically tailored for remote employees. Her innovative approach to performance management and retention for senior leaders showcases her ability to drive talent initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Vishruta’s diverse experience also includes impactful internships, such as her time at UNICEF, where she contributed to the launch of their internship process and developed communication materials for campus programs.
