Amit Anand Joins Kotak Securities as Deputy Vice President – Human Resource

Amit Anand has recently joined Kotak Securities as Deputy Vice President, bringing with him over 16 years of seasoned experience as a Human Resource professional. His extensive experience spans across various facets of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development, making him a valuable addition to the Kotak Securities team.

Before joining Kotak Securities in August 2024, Amit served as the Zonal Human Capital Manager at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited for over five years. In this role, he was instrumental in driving HR initiatives across multiple regions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy formulation. His contributions helped streamline HR processes and enhance employee engagement within the organization.

Amit’s career also includes significant stints at Intec Capital Limited, where he was responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and HR operations, and at ICICI Bank’s i Process Services, where he gained hands-on experience in various HR functions, including manpower planning and performance management. His early career saw him in HR roles at Apeejay Stya Group and Amity University, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

In his new role at Kotak Securities, Amit is expected to leverage his comprehensive HR experience to drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance talent management processes, and foster a culture of engagement and growth within the organization.
