Anadita Mittal Appointed as Vice President, Products Business & Strategy at VLCC
Anadita Mittal has recently been appointed as Vice President, Products Business & Strategy at VLCC, a leading name in the beauty and wellness industry in India. In this role, Anadita will be at the helm of business development and P&L management for VLCC’s new premium beauty product line, VLCC Clinic. Her responsibilities include driving the growth and success of this new venture, leveraging her extensive experience in strategy, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership.
Before joining VLCC, Anadita had a significant impact at Nykaa, where she was part of the strategy and operations team. She played a pivotal role in setting up and scaling new businesses, including the Superstore by Nykaa, an eB2B platform, and Nykaa International, which focused on expanding Nykaa’s brand presence in international markets. Her work at Nykaa also involved leading the PMO office for the CEO, where she was instrumental in strategic advisory and managing key projects, including international growth strategies and customer experience improvements.
Anadita’s career journey began at EY, where she worked as a Business Analyst in the Risk Advisory services, followed by a stint at Deloitte as a consultant. At Deloitte, she worked on various projects across telecom and retail sectors, honing her skills in business process improvement and strategic communications. These experiences laid a solid foundation for her subsequent roles and her successful transition into the beauty and wellness industry.
Anadita holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing with a minor in Consulting from SPJIMR, Mumbai. Her academic background, combined with her diverse professional experiences, positions her well to lead strategic initiatives at VLCC, particularly in an industry that demands constant innovation and customer-centric solutions.
