With over 15 years of experience in the telecom and IT sectors, Hashyadeep brings a wealth of knowledge to this leadership role. Before joining 3C IT Solutions, he served as General Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited, where he played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and consulting with business owners on adopting disruptive technologies to improve business outcomes. His expertise in consultative selling, particularly with Amazon Web Services (AWS), has positioned him as a key player in the telecom technology space.

Throughout his career, Hashyadeep has held senior leadership positions, including General Manager at Tata Tele Business Services, where he was responsible for executing regional sales strategies. His leadership was instrumental in expanding the company’s market share, managing sales targets, and enhancing operational practices within the organization.
