Manish Atri Takes on New Role as Cluster Head VP II at RBL Bank

Manish Atri has been appointed as the Cluster Head VP II at RBL Bank . In this new role, he will oversee the management of 16 branches across Pune while spearheading the development of five new ones.

Prior to joining RBL Bank, Manish played a pivotal role at IDFC FIRST Bank, where he established 14 branches across Pune and drove the region’s CASA to ₹2000 Cr in just two years. His extensive experience also includes key leadership roles at HDFC Bank, Globe Capital Market Limited, and Destimoney Securities Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for branch profitability, customer relationship management, and financial advisory services.At IDFC FIRST Bank, he excelled as Cluster Head, significantly expanding the bank’s presence in Pune. Before that, he served as Branch Head at HDFC Bank, where he managed branch operations and customer relations. His earlier roles at Globe Capital Market Limited and Destimoney Securities Pvt. Ltd. saw him leading teams and providing high-net-worth clients with tailored financial advisory services.

Manish’s career has been marked by his skills in business development, portfolio management, and team leadership, which have consistently driven growth and success in all his previous roles. In his new strategy at RBL Bank, Manish aims to enhance branch performance and further strengthen the bank’s footprint in the region through innovative initiatives.
