Melwyn’s extensive skill set includes expertise in project management, IT infrastructure, and vendor management, which he has honed through years of experience in leading technology initiatives across various sectors. Before joining RBL Bank, Melwyn held key positions at several prominent organizations. At Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, he served as Technical Project Manager, where he led critical technology initiatives, including data center upgrades and security projects. Prior to that, he was the Director of Projects at KCC Technologies Pvt Ltd, managing cloud migration strategies and digital transformations. His experience also includes roles at Wipro and Spectrum Networks, where he led complex IT projects and managed professional services.
