Neelu Chawla Joins Genpact as Vice President & Global Talent Supply Chain Transformation & Talent Match Delivery Leader
Neelu Chawla has recently taken on the role of Vice President & Global Talent Supply Chain Transformation and Talent Match Delivery Leader at Genpact, further cementing her leadership within the company’s strategic talent and organizational development efforts. With over two decades of experience in the learning, talent development, and organizational change sectors, her expertise will continue to drive innovation and efficiency in Genpact’s global talent initiatives.
Before her current appointment, Neelu held various leadership positions at Genpact, including Vice President & Global HR Leader for the Hitech, Media, and Hospitality sectors. In that role, she led the development of HR strategies aimed at enhancing employee engagement and diversity, while cultivating a robust talent pipeline. Prior to that, she held responsibilities in learning and leadership development, where she played a key role in implementing technology-driven HR transformation strategies.
Neelu’s vast experience also includes a notable tenure as Head of Learning & Organization Development at Maersk Global Service Centres. She was responsible for designing and executing learning strategies for over 12,000 employees across multiple locations, in alignment with Maersk’s global HR strategy. Earlier in her career, she worked with Reliance Industries and had an extensive stint with Genpact in various learning and development roles, where she honed her expertise in knowledge transfer solutions and performance improvement strategies.
In her new role, Neelu will continue to leverage her extensive background to transform talent supply chains and implement innovative organizational development solutions that align with Genpact’s future-focused objectives.
