Preeti Sawhney has recently joined Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Bringing over two decades of rich experience in the HR domain, Preeti’s appointment marks a new chapter for Radical Minds, as she steps in to lead the company’s human resources initiatives at their Gurugram office.

Prior to joining Radical Minds Technologies in July 2024, Preeti held a variety of senior HR positions across prominent companies. Most recently, she served as the Head of Human Resources at Paisabazaar, where she was instrumental in driving HR strategies that supported the company’s rapid growth over a period of nearly two years. Additionally, Preeti held the role of Talent Acquisition Head at Policybazaar.com, contributing significantly to the recruitment and onboarding of top talent.

Preeti’s extensive experience also includes a notable tenure of over two decades at Teleperformance, where she rose to the position of Vice President Human Resources. Her deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, HR analytics, and recruiting has equipped her with the skills needed to lead large-scale HR operations and drive organizational excellence.
