Before this role, Shibashish served as Croma’s Chief Operating Officer from March 2023 to February 2024, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and scaling business operations across various verticals. His experience as Chief Business Officer for eCommerce and marketing from August 2021 to March 2023 laid the groundwork for Croma’s eCommerce expansion and innovative marketing strategies, helping the brand strengthen its digital presence. With a strong background in digital innovation and operational strategy, Shibashish’s impact has been felt across Croma’s digital and physical channels, contributing to its growth as a leading retail brand.

Shibashish’s career with the Tata Group further underscores his leadership acumen. His roles in Tata Administrative Services (TAS), where he has been part of the leadership cadre since 2006, include serving in key positions across Tata Sons and Tata Capital, such as Vice President for Group Digital and Assistant Vice President for Strategy & Business Development. With over 18 years of experience in roles that span strategy, investment banking, and digital transformation, Shibashish is well-positioned to lead Croma’s next chapter.
