Varun Verma Takes on New Role as Vice President – Strategic Initiatives at Genpact

Varun Verma has been appointed as Vice President – Strategic Initiatives, Office of the CEO at Genpact. With 18 years of global experience, Varun is poised to lead key strategic projects that will drive innovation and operational excellence at the company.

Before this, Varun served in various impactful roles. As Vice President – Partnerships & Alliances at Genpact, he managed global partnerships. At S P Jain School of Global Management, he was Regional Manager for Industry Alliances. He also held analyst roles at CEB (now Gartner) and Bell MTS, where he focused on market intelligence.
Throughout his career, Varun has honed skills in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and project leadership, ensuring his ability to lead in challenging environments.
