Kamaljeet Singh has recently taken on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at The Sleep Company, where he will leverage his extensive HR expertise to help align business objectives with people goals. With over 15 years of diverse experience in human resources and organizational transformation, Kamaljeet brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position.

Prior to joining The Sleep Company, Kamaljeet served as Vice President – Head HR Operations and Central Processes at Rebel Foods. In this capacity, he led HR operations for a network of over 350 kitchens across India and was responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle processes for a workforce of 7,000 individuals. His ability to streamline people processes and develop best-in-class HR policies significantly contributed to the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Earlier in his career, Kamaljeet played a pivotal role at Reliance Industries Limited, focusing on business transformation initiatives. He was instrumental in overhauling organizational structures to align with modern operational needs. His experience also includes designing integrated HR systems and talent management frameworks, ensuring that employee processes were digitized and enhanced for a better employee experience.
