Vijay K Prasad Takes on the Role of VP & CHRO at Orris Group

Vijay K Prasad has joined Orris Group as the Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing with him a wealth of experience in human resources and leadership. In his new role, he will be leading HR, administration, and IT operations for the organization. With over two decades of experience across various domains, including Business HR, Talent Management, and HR Consulting, Vijay’s expertise aligns seamlessly with the strategic vision of Orris Group.

Before joining Orris Group, Vijay held several prominent positions across reputed organizations. His previous role as Associate Director – Head of Talent Acquisition at  Promaynov Advisory Services saw him manage talent acquisition strategies and oversee leadership-level hiring. He was instrumental in managing key client relationships and was part of the leadership team, contributing significantly to the firm’s HR advisory practices. His earlier role at A&A Business Consulting further highlights his strategic approach in implementing HR initiatives.

Vijay’s tenure at PwC North India as HR Manager showcased his capabilities in HR operations, compliance, and policy implementation. His background in leading HR operations, including managing global mobility, employee engagement, and onboarding, added substantial value to the firm. Additionally, his experience in senior HR roles at Ernst & Young included extensive consulting, restructuring, and HR transformation projects that significantly contributed to client success.

Throughout his career, Vijay demonstrated a strong acumen for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, driving transformation, and improving business outcomes. His leadership experience across Promaynov Advisory Services, A&A Business Consulting, PwC, and Ernst & Young has given him a unique blend of strategic insight and operational expertise.
