Gaurav Ranade Joins Netpoleon India as New CTO to Boost Cybersecurity Efforts
Gaurav Ranade has joined Netpoleon India as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), bringing his extensive experience in cybersecurity and technology leadership to bolster the company’s cybersecurity strategy. In this role, Ranade will focus on advancing Netpoleon India’s pre-sales technical consulting and solution design efforts, enhancing the company’s ability to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions across India. He began this position in October 2024, working from New Delhi to drive initiatives that meet the complex security needs of clients in the region.
Ranade joins Netpoleon after serving as the CTO at RAH Infotech Pvt Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in product demonstrations and Request for Proposal (RFP) management, aligning solutions with market demands. His tenure at RAH Infotech highlighted his strategic approach to cybersecurity and his ability to create solutions tailored to business needs. Prior to this, he was the Technical Director at Genie Networks, further showcasing his expertise in overseeing technical strategies within high-stakes environments.
With over a decade in leadership roles, Ranade’s career also includes his entrepreneurial journey, founding multiple tech companies like SECLABIDIA and Emizent Group of Companies, where he developed cybersecurity and IT solutions for various markets, including India, the Middle East, and Europe. His vast expertise has also been utilized in senior advisory roles at STL – Sterlite Technologies Limited, where he served as a Principal Consultant, and in a variety of technical advisory roles for other renowned organizations.
Ranade’s strategic vision and comprehensive experience position him as a key driver for Netpoleon India’s cybersecurity initiatives. His leadership is set to further enhance Netpoleon’s reputation as a leading cybersecurity provider, focusing on meeting the growing cyber defense needs within the country and delivering cutting-edge solutions to a dynamic client base.
