Laxmanachary P has officially stepped into his new role as Senior Manager at Biological E. Limited, solidifying his continued journey within the company’s manufacturing and supply chain vertical. With a remarkable career spanning over 18 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, he brings a wealth of operational knowledge, project management proficiency, and cross-functional leadership to the role.

Laxmanachary has been with Biological E. since September 2021, steadily progressing from Manager to Senior Manager as of April 2025. In his current capacity, he oversees end-to-end supply planning for Biological E’s vaccine portfolio, ensures seamless execution of production plans, and spearheads coordination with international partners, including stakeholders from Belgium, the Netherlands, and Singapore for Janssen vaccine distribution. His in-depth knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systems enables data-driven decision-making and improved operational efficiency across teams.

Before joining Biological E., Laxmanachary held managerial roles at Jodas Expoim Pvt. Ltd., where he was instrumental in leading supply chain operations and launching new product exhibits up to dossier filing. His experience also spans leadership stints at Eugia Pharma Specialities Ltd, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Mylan, showcasing his ability to streamline complex logistics networks, maintain inventory integrity, and manage cross-functional projects across the supply chain continuum.

An engineer by training and an MBA graduate, Laxmanachary further strengthened his credentials with a specialized Project Management certification from IIM Rohtak. His unique blend of technical expertise and strategic foresight has led to the successful implementation of ERP modules, resolution of operational bottlenecks, and alignment of global distribution strategies.
