Krusha Chauhan has stepped into the role of Senior Executive at Accumax Lab Devices Pvt. Ltd., bringing over four years of specialized experience in upstream vaccine production, cell culture operations, and training coordination. Her promotion reflects both her growing leadership in the field of life sciences and Accumax’s commitment to recognizing internal talent with a proven track record in technical excellence and operational compliance.

Since joining Accumax Lab Devices in 2024, Krusha has played a pivotal role in streamlining departmental training operations and driving compliance documentation across manufacturing processes. Now, as a Senior Executive, she continues to lead initiatives such as BMR and SOP development, monthly and annual training calendars, job-role-based training matrices, and equipment re-qualification. Her ability to balance hands-on technical execution with structured knowledge transfer has made her a go-to resource within the organization.

Krusha’s foundational experience comes from her tenure at Zydus Group, where she handled core upstream processes for the MMR vaccine, including embryo pooling, CEF cell culture, and MRC-5-based virus propagation. She also served as a key training coordinator, leveraging platforms like ZyTIMS and Documentum to manage training compliance and manufacturing documentation. Her strong command over QMS, CAPA management, deviation tracking, and requalification protocols added significant value to the production operations at Zydus.

An alumna of Nirma University, where she completed her M.Sc. in Microbiology, and Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree, Krusha brings academic depth and applied expertise to her work. Her journey also includes early stints at Appreciate and Banaskantha District Co-op. Milk Producers’ Union Ltd. (GCMMF-AMUL), where she gained exposure to GLP, QA, and microbiological quality testing of food-grade products.
