    1. Information We Collect

    We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you fill out our contact or registration forms, including your name, email address, phone number, designation, and company name. We may also collect usage data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited through cookies and analytics tools.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use the collected information to respond to your enquiries, deliver our LinkedIn branding services, send relevant updates about our offerings, and improve our website experience. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

    Where processing relies on consent, we request your affirmative action; the Join Now consent checkbox is not preselected. You may withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal and may prevent us from providing services that require that data.

    Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you may exercise the following rights, subject to applicable law:

    • Access summary: request a summary of your personal data being processed and the processing activities, including information about other Data Fiduciaries and Data Processors with whom it has been shared.
    • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or misleading data, completion of incomplete data, and updating of your personal data.
    • Erasure: request deletion of your personal data unless retention is necessary for a specified purpose or compliance with law.
    • Consent withdrawal: withdraw your consent to personal-data processing and stop further communications.
    • Nomination: nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

We erase matching lead, campaign, contact and profile data, while retaining paid-order records needed for invoicing and legal compliance, and minimal suppression and audit records to honour your withdrawal.
