    Refund / Cancellation Policy

    1. No Refunds Policy

    All payments made to CXO Drive towards any of our services — including LinkedIn joining announcements, promotion announcements and thought leadership articles — are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you expressly agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the order is placed.

    2. Cancellation by the Customer

    Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. Our services involve immediate content preparation, scheduling and coordination, which makes cancellation infeasible. If you have made a payment in error, contact us at sales@cxodrive.com within 24 hours; while no refund is guaranteed, we may at our sole discretion offer to reschedule or adjust the service against a future order.

    3. Cancellation by CXO Drive

    CXO Drive reserves the right to decline or cancel a submission if the content violates our content standards, applicable law, or LinkedIn's terms of service. In the rare event that we cancel a paid order for reasons attributable to us, we will, at your option, either reschedule the service or issue a refund of the order value. This is the only circumstance in which a refund may be considered.

    4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

    If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, the amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. For duplicate payments on the same order, contact us with the payment reference; the excess amount will either be refunded or adjusted against the service, as decided by CXO Drive.

    5. Service Outcomes

    Reach, impressions, engagement, and visibility outcomes on LinkedIn are influenced by platform algorithms and audience behaviour and are outside CXO Drive's control. Delays or variations in such outcomes do not qualify for refunds, rescheduling or compensation.
