    CXO Drive provides LinkedIn-based executive branding services, including joining announcements, promotion announcements and thought leadership articles. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for each service are as described on the respective service page at the time of purchase.

    3. Eligibility and Submissions

    By submitting a nomination or registration, you confirm that you are authorised to submit the entry and that the details, photographs and content you provide are accurate and yours to share. You grant CXO Drive a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish the submitted content, including your name, designation, company, photograph and LinkedIn profile links, on our LinkedIn page and related channels as part of the service.

    4. Content Standards

    You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringes third-party rights, or violates LinkedIn's terms of service. CXO Drive reserves the right to edit, decline or remove any submission at its sole discretion without prior notice.

    5. Pricing and Payment

    Prices for our services are displayed on the website and are inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our payment gateway partners. Service delivery begins only after successful receipt of payment.

    6. No Refunds

    All payments made towards CXO Drive services are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations or transfers once a payment is completed, as our services involve immediate content preparation, scheduling and publication. For details, please refer to our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, branding, design and materials on this website are the property of CXO Drive / Ideaowl Technologies LLP and may not be reproduced or used without written permission, except for content you have submitted about yourself.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    CXO Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to changes in LinkedIn's platform policies, reach, impressions or engagement outcomes. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

    Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    11. Governing Law
